Goodeye Inspections Limited was formed in late 2004 with Blaine Swan as its president and chief inspector. The company name actually came from a client who commented on a deficiency nobody knew about until discovered by the inspector. “Good eye my friend” became Goodeye Inspections Limited shortly there after. Blaine has been a professional home inspector since 2002. We are fully and totally committed to consumer protection. We firmly believe that the best way to provide a high level of protection is by on-going training, education and competency testing. Since the beginning we have been members of the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors, long considered the voice of the home inspection industry in Canada. Recently we have expanded our Association membership to American Society of Home Inspectors. We support and endorse the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics of both CAHPI and ASHI.
